The Oil and gas exploration is one of the most strategic industrial sectors in Brazilian economy. discovery deep water reserves adds more difficulty to already problematic use materials equipment extremely corrosive environments. With objective increasing service life equipment, consequently reducing cost maintenance preventing against environmental catastrophes, it common CRA claddings via welding processes, which nickel superalloy coatings stand out PTA process. In this context, operation internal cladding risers becomes complex due operational metallurgical requirements imposed by application. present work aims at development empirical evaluation procedure with Nickel-based 625 From tests on plate, satisfactory preliminary parameters were reached for performance risers. adaptation parameters, comparative analyzes three different procedures carried out, weaving amplitude. Visual analysis inspections penetrating liquid radiography, confirming quality all performed. Still, proving developed procedures, chemical composition was EDX, presenting results. Finally, a financial comparison process elaborated, showing comparatively consumption powder gas, time needed cladding.
